Is this too inappropriate for public?

well me and this guy were all over each other during school like in between cles and at lunch. we would hold hands and he'd put his arm around me and we'd just touch each other like the whole time. well we were standing next to each other with his arm around my waist and our friend wanted to take a picture and i was in the middle of the two of them and as we're leaning in he puts his arm down then puts it back on my *** this time and he's like squeezing my *** while we're taking the picture. I know some people saw so my question is, is *** grabbing too much PDA?
