MLA style and bibliographies?

I'm doing my first research paper and I'm required to use MLA style. But I'm getting information off the internet, and theres a website that I found (http://www.victoria.ca/visitors/about_hist.shtml) but it doesnt have the publish date. What do I do? Do I leave that out? Or do I type something else? Help Please!!?
